Welcome to our Virtual Church

A PRAYER....for those affected by coronavirus

Prayer for April

Gracious God,

In the most difficult days when events which affect our lives are beyond our control;

those times when we feel lost, and alone in the dark,

May we be ever mindful that at no time, in no place and in no circumstance

are we separated from your love in Christ.

Thank you for all who are

reaching out to bring help and healing in our land today.

And may we play our part in your redeeming work.

In Christ’s name,

Whilst our physical church is closed, please join us here in our virtual church (and we'd love to see you over in the virtual church hall too!)
This Easter, join us on Good Friday for a meditation at 11am on the UMC - Uppermill Methodist Church Facebook page and again at 10:45 for a short service on Easter Sunday.  You can get to it by clicking on our Facebook feed, further down the page on the left.  You may also like to use this service for Easter Sunday produced by the Methodist Church for those unable to go to church.
Find our more about how we continue to pray together and #CandlesOfHope here

There is prayer being streamed each weekday morning on Facebook from Wesley House in Cambridge at 9 am (with prayer resources here) and Wesley's Chapel in London at 10 am on YouTube.

There are also live-streamed services from Wesley's Chapel in London.  Service times:

Wednesday   12:45

Thursday   12:45

Sunday   9:45 and 11:00
