Our new group for women aged 40 - 60 (ish) met for the first time in September. We spent a very enjoyable evening at Abaco, revealing truths and lies about ourselves, as well as brainstorming some amazing ideas for what we'd like to do next, from theatre trips and meals out to lantern making, local history, walks, discussions, escape rooms, spa days, learning about interior design and having our colours done!
In October our team, The Sunny Side, had a very impressive first outing at the Speed Quiz at the Dysarts Arms. We'll have to do it again some time!
In November a group met at church, and had a very enjoyable evening, making willow lanterns, that will be part of our display in Church this December. Do please come in and have a look, if you can.
The December meeting will be a social get-together, meeting at the Albion Tap in Uppermill, at 8pm on December 17th. January sees some inspiration for our homes - we are visiting the Curve Interior Designs, where Lucy will help us to work out where to start if we are thinking of decorating a room, including how to put together a mood board. Do please let Rosie know, or contact us via the front page of the website, if you would like to come along.
