The UMC Men's Group aims to:
provide an opportunity for Fellowship, in a relaxed, social atmosphere.
encourage closer ties to each other, and become more aware of our needs, so that we can respond to them.
provide wide-ranging activities that would be of interest to as varied a group as possible.
reach out to men who are not connected to our church, and who may not have an interest in any religion.
get to know each other better, and find out how life has moulded us into the people we are.
The next meeting of the Men's Group will be
Tuesday, November 12th.
An evening visit to a Hindu temple in Oldham has been arranged. This will provide an opportunity to see worship
in action and to hear more about the Hindu faith.
